There are two components to the licensing for c-treeACE technology:

Development Environment: This includes the licenses for c-treeACE Express or c-treeACE Professional that enable developers to author applications as well as technical support offerings for developers working with those licenses.
Deployment: This includes the c-treeACE Servers, the deployable components of c-treeACE
